I have been a Realtor in this market for more than twenty years and have been in the housing industry for more than 30. My experience includes working with Buyers and Sellers, new construction, residential and commercial properties, and everything else involved in the transfer and management of real estate.
I have a unique background that includes owning my own home inspection business, as well as a radon testing and mitigation company. Previous to that, I spent years as an accountant, in the cabinet business, working as an electrician and as a finish-carpenter. There's no doubt I know more about houses than your average Realtor.
Since 2005, I have been teamed with Tricia DeCerbo who is a life-long resident of this area. Tricia has a background that includes five years at a local law firm and work experience with one of the areas leading lenders. This has given her great perspective on everything that affects the real estate transaction. The benefit to you is that you get two Realtors for the price of one, assuring that someone is almost always available to answer your questions or take your calls.
